A Message from Your Executive Board Regarding Work Restrictions/ Accommodations

Local 685 has been working diligently to assure that the Probation Department meets the needed accommodations of members and – when they have fallen short – we have taken the necessary actions such as filing grievances or Unfair Labor Practices charges. We have confirmed that the notification from County DHR regarding work restrictions/accommodations is in fact an official communication and that they sent the email to ensure that the Department is doing everything it can to accommodate anyone with a medical need.

If you received the email and do NOT need a medical accommodation at this time, please reply that “no assistance is needed.”
