Can you explain why are they allowed to do it now? And have been for since Covid has been declared a non emergency? And what in this agreement is going to make us believe it will end?

If you look at the 2019 MOU Art 15 it clearly states that they can and only need to provide you notice. So what is being file and fighting about? And what has been changed in that article? Not just 16!!
