Ballots went out June 8, and your vote is the most important part of our contract process. The deadline to mail back your vote is June 23, 2023.

Please check the address the County has for you to make sure you get your ballot and ratification package. Call the Local 685 office if you have checked your address and don’t have your ratification package and ballot.

The ratification package contains all material information regarding changes to the MOU, including the important Article 16—no change. We understand from some members that there are non-official social media posts giving out INCORRECT information regarding the Tentative Agreement (TA). Nothing in the TA with the County allows the Department to unilaterally declare any emergency or unilaterally involuntarily reassign any member.

Make sure to get in your VOTE on this important contract.
