Stay Strong – We Are Fighting for You

Sisters and Brothers,

We know this is a difficult moment. The current reassignments are disruptive, and many of you are being asked to take on challenging assignments under difficult circumstances.

Stay strong. These Chief-mandated reassignments are not a permanent solution, and we are actively working to address both the immediate impacts and the long-term path forward.

Your Union is fighting for you on every front. We are working to protect your jobs, your rights, and the integrity of Field Services, which remain critical to public safety and the mission of this Department. We want you back in the field offices as quickly as possible!

At the same time, we are moving forward with legal action. Tom Yu is preparing to file a case at ERCOM challenging Article 15, ensuring that your rights under the MOU are fully defended.

In the coming days, we will be distributing a survey regarding call-outs and other critical issues so we can accurately capture the impact on our membership and strengthen our advocacy and bargaining position.

We will continue to stand with you, advocate for you, and push forward until we reach a better and more sustainable outcome.
